Why support matters and makes good business sense
The business world and most workplaces do not usually take a position on the institution of marriage, sexual orientation or gender identity, except where benefits are concerned. Yet, there are ample studies that demonstrate organizational policies that foster an inclusive environment make good management and business sense. Inclusion allows the best talent to rise to the top. Respecting diversity of sexual orientation and gender identity is of strategic importance to every organisation competing in the global market for talent.
